Baruch Spiegel BCABA INHC

Clinic Director - Consultant Behaviour Analyst

Baruch has been working in the field of behaviour analysis for almost 20 years. He specialises in creating programs of treatment for Anxiety Disorders including Tics, OCD, and ARFID. As an extension of this Baruch also welcomes children with Autism and ADHD who are suffering from anxiety. 

As a Certified Associate Behaviour Analyst Baruch works with clients all over the world and has a learning center in the Middle East called BrainBox which also provides similar therapeutic services.


Baruch is an advocate for inclusion, and believes that families should experience a professional and effective process when dealing with service providers. Having spent many years working with schools as well home and center based programs, Baruch's ethos is best conveyed within his best-selling book 'Hope & Change - Building a Better Future for Our Children'.


For all programs Baruch implements and designs, there are consistent themes of wanting the young person to engage meaningfully, creating an environment that is fun and motivating, thus providing parents with the peace of mind that they have found the right place for their child.

Sarah Lyons

Consultant Speech & Language Therapist

Sarah is the owner and Consultant Speech and Language therapist of SL Therapy London which currently supports children with a range of speech, language and communication needs including Down’s Syndrome, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Developmental Language Disorder, Hearing Impairment, Speech (Phonology) Delay and Disorders, Selective Mutism, Global Developmental Delay and Complex needs. 


Speech and language therapy is her passion and Sarah has  been privileged to have worked at a senior level in professional bodies such as Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent  Practice  and Royal College of Speech and  Language Therapists  to champion best practice in this field.

Sarah has specialist training in a range of approaches including Selective Mutism, Makaton, Picture Exchange System (PECS), Attention Autism, SCERTS, Lego Therapy Approach, Bowen Articulation Disorders and many more.

Her expertise is regularly sought for SEN Tribunals, where she is called on as an Expert Witness - providing reports and attending court.  Sarah also supports Educational Healthcare Plans– providing assessments and reports for:
1. Cases who are applying for an EHC Plan
2. Cases who require a review of their EHC Plan


Having a brother with Down’s Syndrome, Sarah understands the journey many families take. Drawing on her experiences, Sarah is passionate about supporting  families navigate the therapy process , guiding  them through the SEN minefield and empowering them with the tools and strategies to ensure their child reaches their  communication potential!

Linda Campbell-Arthur

Chartered Clinical Psychologist

Linda qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2002 in South Africa and has worked extensively in the field of trauma and other anxiety disorders.  She has an autistic son and this motivated her to become involved with local charity RUILS, where she created a support service for families of autistic children. 


She works part-time in private practice and part-time for the NHS as a Specialist Clinical Psychologist in a Tier 3 Neurodevelopmental Team in CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service).  


Linda has a passion for working with children and adolescents and adapting traditional therapies to suit the child’s specific needs in creative ways.  She believes the family are central to any child work and supports parents in finding what works for their child. She provides diagnostic assessments for Autism and ADHD, as well as different psychological therapies for the range of childhood difficulties. 


Linda is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical Psychologist and with the British Psychological Society (BPS) as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist.

Dr Venita Patel MBBS, MRCPCH, MSc, Dip NT, AFMCP

Children's Nutritional Therapist

Dr Venita Patel runs dedicated Children’s Nutritional Therapy clinics in West London.
She believes in understanding the 'whole child’, with a truly holistic yet scientific approach, addressing the root cause of any health or wellbeing concerns.
A consultation with Dr Patel will be very detailed and gather information on all aspects of a child’s health and life to guide the plan and strategy to support them. Biomedical and functional testing may also be indicated to give further information.
The plan will include targeted nutrition (food and supplements) recommendations and lifestyle suggestions to address the underlying issues. Other supportive therapies may also be suggested alongside the plan.
Dr Patel’s is experienced in addressing a range of common childhood illnesses and symptoms. Her special interests are in supporting healthy development and brain function, particularly neurodevelopmental issues such as ADHD and psychological symptoms such as anxiety.
Dr Patel also works in the NHS as a Community Paediatrician, running childhood development clinics, and a unique childhood obesity multidisciplinary project.

Makiko Wood

Reiki Master

Makiko starter her healing journey in 2008 when she completed her Reiki Masters. Makiko is also certified as a energy healer with the healing trust in 2018 and IQM in Japan in 2023. 


Makiko focuses on energy alignment and brings her individual approach with the Japanese influences of calm and discipline. As a facilitator of healing, Makiko describes her role as to ignite the light of healing potential so that the person can start healing themselves.
